About Tania

I started working with kids 12 years ago as a paid babysitter for friends, close family, and those that were referred to me by my friends and close family. 12 years later, I have not only deepened my love for childcare, but, I have increased my expertise in my experience which have made me an exemplary caregiver and a various amount of aspects. I love building relationships with the families that I work with, and I take it very seriously as if it's my own life. I strive to be the best in my field, not only as a teacher in the daytime, but as an independent entrepreneur that can help families in my community as well. Currently an early childhood education teacher at a school in East Chicago and have had a pleasure of other experiences working at daycare around the Indiana Northwest region.
