Making a meaningful difference in someone's life is what motivates me. I have three years of experience caring for adults and seniors, supporting their safety, comfort, and independence. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Cuba, an Associate Degree in Nursing from EDP University of Puerto Rico, and I am also a certified Medical Assistant. My nursing background allows me to manage confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, adapt to routine changes, and calmly de-escalate stressful situations. I am CPR and First Aid certified, compassionate, patient, and committed to earning trust. I communicate with families through clear written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I can also provide transportation, run errands, and assist with light housekeeping. I speak Spanish fluently and English at an intermediate level.
