About Tania

My approach to childcare is centered on partnership, trust, and helping children become confident, capable, and independent. I enjoy working collaboratively with families who are deeply invested in their children's growth and have high expectations. As a mother of twins, I understand firsthand the journey of supporting children through academics, extracurriculars, challenges, and ultimately college admissions. I am proud to have guided both of my children through that process, with one attending Stanford University. As a business owner and leader, I bring strong communication, organization, accountability, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. I believe the best outcomes come when parents, teachers, caregivers, and children work toward shared goals. My goal is to provide more than basic care--to encourage curiosity, confidence, good habits, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
