I was so sad to see this other family's review of Tania's work that I felt compelled to leave my own. She spent almost a year watching my son part-time. My son is very sweet but shy and definitely a "mama's boy." Add to that, he was born during COVID and so not a lot of exposure to strangers. He bonded with Tania from day 1 and loved having her come. She was with us for about 8 hours a week, sometimes a full day and sometimes twice a week. My son always loved having her and I could be free to do errands, work around the house, etc. without worry. Tania followed our lead but also took it upon herself (after talking to us) to introduce developmentally appropriate tasks and activities. She helped us break him of his pacifier and helped him feel secure to leave his lovey in his crib during the day. She helped introduce him to potty-training and helped us feel confident. She was loving, fun and active! We are expecting our second son now and will definitely be asking Tania to come back!
