About Tania

Dedicated, nurturing, and highly experienced caregiver with over 15 years of hands-on experience providing exceptional care to infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. Throughout my career, I've worked closely with families to meet each child's unique emotional, developmental, and physical needs. I am confident in caring for newborns through school-age children, managing daily routines, and encouraging age-appropriate learning through play, creativity, and positive reinforcement. I pride myself on being patient, attentive, and dependable. Safety, communication, and consistency are always my top priorities. Families appreciate my calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to build trusting relationships with both children and parents.
