About Tania

After spending four to five years working in fast-paced clinical and clerical medical assisting roles, I chose to step away from the workforce to dedicate myself fully to raising my children. Now that they are in middle and high school, I have the time and emotional space to re-enter a career that deeply aligns with my values. While I gained valuable medical and administrative experience in my previous roles, I often found clinical environments too rushed and stressful to build the meaningful, one-on-one connections I long to share with patients. My true calling is rooted in being of service offering genuine care, compassion, and reliability to individuals and families in need. Drawing from my background in healthcare and childcare, I am looking to transition into caregiving. This path allows me to channel my natural empathy into a slower-paced, supportive environment where human connection matters most.
