Tania has been the MOST amazing gift to our family! I work from home and Tania came on to help me when my son was 4 months old (he is now 11 months). She connects so well with him, and has become like part of our family. She plays with him, helped to sleep train him, speaks to him in English and Spanish, teaches him words, takes him to the park and on walks, helped me get him started on eating solid foods, and so much more. Not only is she a fantastic caregiver, Tania also helps me with laundry and keeping our kitchen and living room clean. She also goes to the grocery store for me for baby supplies and food. We have 2 other young children who love her as well, and she’s so easy to talk to. Tania is AMAZING (if we could keep her with us, we would). I highly recommend hiring her if you are able, and I can’t speak highly enough about her. I’ve asked Tania to list me as a reference, so please feel free to call if you need any further details :)
