With a decade dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm deeply committed to their well-being and independence. My experiences in previous care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Certified Home Health Aide with some college, I provide respite care, transportation, and medical management. I am also skilled in dementia care, hospice services, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I communicate with families through daily reports and regular verbal updates. Respecting independence is important to me when building connections with care recipients. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care.
