Despite interviewing Tan and checking referrals I didn’t have a great experience. I planned on hiring her for regular cleanings, starting with a deep clean. She came for the deep clean, which wasn’t really a deep clean, while I was at work. When I finished work I had multiple texts, calls and voicemails demanding payment. I hadn’t even been home yet. She never mentioned expecting payment immediately for work I hadn’t had a chance to confirm was done. This was really off putting for a first impression and I would not use her again because of it. She also isn’t insured.
