About Tamya

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic and creative! I am very responsible and a good communicator! I like working with kids because they're entertaining and unique in their own way, there's always something to do and the day never gets boring! I'm looking for a job that I can do over the summer and possibly continue doing through the school year. I started working with kids when I was young, babysitting my cousins then when my sister had a baby I would watch my niece. When I got older, I worked at a daycare throughout high school and still babysit for one of the families I met there from time to time. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at Lawrence medical hospital getting familiar with the hospital since I plan on becoming a nurse post undergrad. I also really enjoy being outdoors and going on walks with my dog, and doing crafts, especially for birthdays, or any sort of holiday.
