About Tamoya

Hi, I'm Tamoya, a certified Home Health Aide with over eight years of caregiving experience, including caring for adults with dementia. I offer patient, respectful support to help clients feel comfortable and cared for in their own homes. I assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, meal preparation and light housekeeping. I also enjoy providing companionship through conversation, reading, board games and activities suited to each person's interests and abilities. I understand that accepting help can be difficult, so I take time to build trust, respect personal routines and encourage independence. I keep families informed about daily care and any concerns.
