I love children! For as long as I can remember, caring for children and building relationships with them is what has brought me the most joy in my life. From what I've seen, that joy shines through to the kids I work with and lights them up, which in turn brings even more joy! I look forward to working with you soon!
I'm looking to pick up some weekend shifts or some shifts while the family I work for is on vacation- June 27th- July 6th (no Fourth of July work) & July 25-Aug 9. 
I'm currently employed as a FT nanny, have recently graduated with my bachelors in Social Work and will be starting grad school in the fall.

She is a very loving and responsible person.

I have been extremely pleased with TJ's work with my sons. When TJ came to work for me, my sons were in a transitional period. My youngest (3yrs) had been experiencing some pretty severe separation anxiety prior to TJ starting work with me. TJ applied generous amounts of love, acceptance, patience, and firmness. Within two weeks, he was asking to be with her and overjoyed when she would come to be with him for the day.
 
One of TJ's strongest assets is her ability to quickly bond with children. Her love for them is immediately apparent and genuine. Children sense this love and care and respond with openness and trust.
 
TJ is always on time and communicates well to address/solve problems that arise. She is very active and always has the boys out of the house participating in various activities that they enjoy - library, zoo, hiking, swimming, etc. They're never bored when they're with her and exhausted and ready for bed at night!
 
I couldn't have asked for a more perfect fit!

Tammy is so wonderful with children. She engages with them and makes them feel so valuable! She speaks with such calm and respect when she is needing to redirect a behavior. She is any Auntie to our children and would trust her completely. 

Tammy (or, TJ as our family knows her) has watched our three kids (ages 11, 9 and 7) consistently for about two years now.  They love their "Aunt TJ"!  She's timely, dependable and apparently lots of fun.  She's usually our first choice for childcare, and we always enjoy a worry free evening when the kids are with her.  Highly recommend!

I have known TJ for many years now, and I never see her face light up quite like when a little one enters her space.  Children have always been drawn to her and go to her for comfort and love!

She has heart of gold and a true passion for giving the best care to children! She's responsible, reliable, but also so much fun and treats all kids like her own, giving them individualized attention and meeting the requests of parents while they are under her care. I can't recommend her enough! 

Known this gal for years. She spends much of her free time bringing out the best in all of her friends' and families' children. Her fun-loving and easy-going personality make her ever kid's best friend. I'd trust her to watch my kids anytime. However I'm just afraid they might decide they prefer her company over mine! Ha ha! 

Tammy is a very caring compassionate person who gives her all in any and all situations. She is the first person I trusted to watch my infant daughter and the person I can call any time I need her. 

Tammy, or TJ as my grandsons call her, is a warm and gentle caregiver. We were able to watch her interacting with our youngest grandson for almost a week and were impressed with her ability to guide and work with the ever changing  desires and behaviors of a 3 year old.  She is energetic, kind, and has a wonderful, engaging smile. 

Tammy is very gentle and kind, not just with adults but with children as well. She's honest, trustworthy and always ahead of schedule. She's super fun and creative!! Myself being 13 weeks pregnant, I can't wait to have my child! I wouldn't trust anyone more then I do Tammy. 

This gal will put a smile on your face every day. She is incredibly thoughtful and has the biggest heart!!

TJ is present and engaged. She's not one to use screen time for distraction, but rather get outside on a walk or playtime at the park. Her positivity really makes kids open up!

She is cheerful, helpful, a wonderful mother, dependable, reliable, detailed, and has a winning personality.

TJ is so wonderful with children she absolutely is devoted every second that they are with her she is very interactive as far as educational activities she is always positive and upbeat and it's just an all-around good person

She is very kind, caring, patient and loving. 

You can depend on Tammy to be on time, and do the best job possible, with a high level of integrity. 

Tammy has an ability to connect with children of all ages. She is kind, compassionate and punctual. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

She took care of our son for over a year, providing a caring and loving home for him and becoming a part of our family along the way.
