With 10 years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in creating supportive, patient environments where students thrive. I am a Special Education Teacher who understands Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504), allowing me to tailor my approach to meet diverse needs. Whether we are tackling writing a research paper or refining study skills, I use visual aids and interactive discussions to make learning engaging. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are always aligned on progress. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master a new skill remains the most rewarding part of my work. I have extensive experience supporting students with specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and low motivation.
