My name is Tammy. I am a 46-year-old, single mom to an 18-year-old neurodivergent daughter. I have 15 years of experience working with and teaching children on the autism spectrum. I worked along side speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and psychologists who specialize in children on the autism spectrum. In my many hours of training I was able to obtain my "Highly Qualified, Paraprofessional Certification". I have been trained in applied behavior analysis. How to collect data on finding functions of behaviors. Communication systems. Helping to diminish sensory issues, social skills, appropriate play skills, and toilet training. Helping children and adults with special needs has been my life's passion for nearly two decades. I am eager to help families in difficult situations. Or to simply allow for a date night. Being a parent myself, I can fully understand finding just the right person to care for your loved one. Can't wait to meet you soon!
