I like working with kids because seeing them grow and learn and flourish into their little personalities is so enjoyable. I'm looking for a job that understands good communication from everyone is essential and I can take constructive criticism. I like to have a plan of action for each day and a routine. If everything is clear on what is expected everyone will be happy. I started working with kids when my girls were in junior high. So about 15 years ago however I was always willing to volunteer at their school and was a VBS teacher every summer. In my spare time, doing Pilates for exercise, I also love bowling, I used to always do with my dad so the memories make it fun too One thing you should know about me is I love to make children laugh but I also know when it's time to be serious and use our time wisely. They will always know that they are cared for and watched over by me and feel safe. they will always know how much I care about them
