Tammy was on her phone constantly. No conversation with my mother no help in kitchen. Then she just quit with no notice left us hanging. I understand if she wasn't getting enough hours but if she would have engaged and been little more motivated I would have given her more hours. But I couldn't afford to pay her to sit on her phone all day. I totally get her wanting more hours but to just text me she wasn't coming back was very unprofessional.
