About Tammy
Hi! I come from a background of 30 years in childcare ranging in ages infant-middle school. I'm a survivor of stage iv colorectal cancer-diagnosed in 2014. At that time, I left my full time job to focus on my health. A few years later I went back to child care/nannying on the side, a few hours a week. Through life experiences, elder care is also a passion of mine. Nurturing, patience, caring, loving, understanding, positivity and open minded are some of my qualities that have led me through life. I've had lots of interactions with elderly or ill people in all different capacities-hospice, medical (diabetes), dementia, Alzheimer's, errands, cooking, helping with household duties and having wonderful, meaningful conversations. I treat people as family. With respect and love.
