I prioritize earning trust when building connections with those I care for. I'm experienced in providing respite care, hospice services, home health, personal care, and dementia care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates on their loved one's well-being. I have some college education and current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
