I'd describe my personality as caring, flexible, positive outlook I like working with young children because I very much enjoy watching and helping young children grow. I'm looking for a job that provides me the ability to care for young children, and work closely with family. I feel private home care setting where one on one care is best for the young children / infants Having worked in daycare settings I strongly feel that home daycare provides the best ability to give your child one on one care, especially in their formative years. I started working with kids when I young. I have raised 5 children, and worked as a foster parent, daycare provider and Certified Nursing Assistant. In my spare time, I like crafting and gardening. One thing you should know about me is I love caring for others. My skills include caring for others, and working with families to achieve good outcomes.
