For over a decade, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My goal is to make a positive impact on their lives and provide families with reliable care. I hold a college degree as a Registered Medical Assistant and I am CPR certified. I offer respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly.
