About Tammy

I'd describe my personality as loyal, resilient, accountable I like caring for seniors because I am reminded of my grandparents. I used to help my grandmother care for my grandfather when I was younger. I enjoyed it and knew it was something I wanted to do. I'm looking for a job that allows me to really spend time with seniors and care for them on a more personal level. I started caring for seniors when I started working in a nursing home in 2017. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my children, read, crochet, and play video games. One thing you should know about me is I am honest to a fault and a fast learner. If your family member needs care that I have never done I am willing to learn new skills and I pick them pretty quick. My skills include bathing, changing, some wound care, catheter care, tube feeding. Anything a CNA does I can do. I also know how to care for seniors with dementia.
