Hi, I'm Tammany, mom of 3(21, 16 & 14)certified Postpartum Doula, First Year & Sleep Training Specialist I provide overnight care for parents & newborns. My goal is to come alongside each family & offer assurance while providing individualized support as you navigate unfamiliar challenges or overwhelming experiences. My hope is to leave you feeling confident and trusting in your own instincts. I have a passion for supporting families with calm, compassionate & nonjudgmental support. This professional path has allowed me to combine my extensive background with over 30yrs experience, a degree in Early Childhood Education & Child Psychology, as well as being a Certified Nurses Assistant with my years of parenting experience. Currently, I'm working overnights helping families with feeding & acclimating newborns to a healthy sleeping schedule. I've refined the skills of feeding, changing, & settling baby back to sleep. My goal is to keep your home quiet so not to disrupt your family's sleep
