Tamisha has a lovely kindred spirit that kids gravitate towards naturally. I've witnessed it first hand with my niece and nephew, whom she has babysat on several occasions. The passion she exudes when speaking on other kids she's encountered also gives great insight on who she is on the job; off the job is no different. She's always willing to help out with anyone's children or dare I say take over from the parents the task at hand. I highly recommend her for the job.
