Hi! My name is Tamika, and I'm a dependable, calm, and caring childcare provider. I'm also a parent of two, which has given me firsthand experience with daily routines, patience, and the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment for children. By day, I work full-time as a counselor in the criminal justice field, where safety, structure, clear communication, and trust are essential. That professional experience carries over into my caregiving style. I'm attentive, patient, and very mindful of routines and boundaries. I'm very comfortable with bedtime routines, overnight supervision, and creating a safe, peaceful environment while children rest. I'm naturally nurturing while also being mindful of structure, safety, and household expectations. I respect family preferences, take responsibility seriously, and communicate clearly with parents so they always feel informed and at ease. I'm currently available and I'm seeking Friday and Saturday overnight care opportunities.
