About Tamika

For over 10 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the independence and well-being of adults and seniors. My graduate degree complements my hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I find great fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, while also providing peace of mind for their families. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I always follow the family's preferred communication method and strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone. CPR and First Aid Training are current. Ultimately, I became a caregiver because I believe everyone deserves to live with dignity and respect, and I'm honored to play a part in making that a reality.
