Tamika, a licensed certified nursing assistant, has been helping my mother for over three years. Mother was in her own home at age 104 when Tamika was hired by the family. All family is out of state so it was critical that the caregiver was reliable, professional and compassionate. Tamika completely fulfilled those needs. She enabled mother to stay in her home. A couple of months ago mother, now age 107, fell, resulting in a precipitous decline. She recently moved to a memory care facility. Tamika continues to support mother. She is the eyes and ears of the family. We would be in big trouble without Tamika’s ongoing support.
