About Tamika

I'd describe my personality as fun and outgoing. I like working with kids because they are a lot of fun! I love the way the smallest thing is so exciting to them. I'm looking for a job that is short term. I'm not looking for a consistent part-time position. I started working with children In my 20s I worked at a preschool, and cared for infants for one family in my home. In my spare time, what is spare time? No I'm just kidding. I like to read and do research and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I don't believe in letting babies cry. I have been a foster parent and I'm able to care for children with mild special needs. I am caring and compassionate with children. I understand that they are learning. Children making mistakes does not bother me because that's what they're supposed to do . I like to foster independence and children as much as possible, but not causing them to feel alone and unsupported and I insist on good manners.
