Tamica babysits for our now 4 year old and 9 month old boys. She has worked for us 5 months. She is always on time and is very flexible. She takes good care of our kids as well as tends to household needs such as light housekeeping and laundry. She takes our kids on walks and to the park. She also plays various games and does art with our 4 year old to keep him busy in the home when weather is nasty. Our baby lights up when he sees her. She is knowledgeable about babies and thinks and responds well on the fly. I would recommend her as a competent caregiver.
