My youngest is about to turn 14 and they are all operating quite independently these days so I have quite a bit of flexibility in my side-hustle schedule. I am open to a recurring schedule or an as-needed type of situation. Here's probably the most important thing I should tell you (and would want to know if I were you): I will treat your child(ren) highly respectfully above all else (with the exception of keeping them safe). If they are in my care, you can rest assured that they will be operating within a healthy environment.
