About Tamia

My name is Tamia, but I go by Mia. I am currently a full time Nursing Student at Galen College of Nursing for my LVN to become a Pediatric Nurse. Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine. My journey into childcare began with positive babysitting experiences and a genuine desire to positively impact children's lives. With seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, I bring a patient and friendly approach to my work. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I always follow parents' preferred method for updates and addressing any concerns. I enjoy engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am also BLS certified. I'm happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, crafts, and carpooling. I'm eager to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family and create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for your children.
