Hi, I'm Tamia! I've been working with children in both professional and personal settings for over five years My background includes extensive experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, lesson planning based on Montessori and sensory principles, and inclusive classroom practices. Whether I'm guiding toddlers through their first milestones or helping elementary students meet IEP goals, I bring patience, creativity, and structure to every interaction. What sets me apart is my dual focus: I'm currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Development, and my long-term goal is to open a network of nonprofit daycares that are accessible to all families. Until then, I'm excited to help other families provide a nurturing, growth-oriented environment for their children.
