About Tameria

I have worked with feeding, changing, lift to stands, hoyers, leg braces, helped with pT OT and speech. When my children were in school I worked as a special education assistant. I took some time off and then decided to fill my day with something I knew I would love to do. I have been very lucky to spend the last 5 years with a wonderful family. In the beginning of this journey I had to families I worked with but unfortunately they both lost the fight to the pandemic. I want to continue my journey that I started 5 years ago with another family I can help and support I am just ready to be closer to home. My work schedule was 5 hours a day starting with changing/bathing, getting up with the use of a lift to stand. We would do personal hygiene and then continue to breakfast. I fed them and then continued to the living room where we would watch the news while watching her breathing treatment finish. I did housekeeping and if she could she helped and directed me. She had OT PT and Speech.
