I started caring for seniors when my mom needed full time care and eventually was with hospice till she passed. I recently finished a job taking care of a woman who had a debilitating stroke and Alzheimers. I enjoy connecting with older adults and spending time with them!! They are wonderful!!! One thing you should know about me is I was an EMT-I for 5yrs but now enjoy taking care of older adults. My skills include knowledge of basic care, wound care, meal prep, transportation, bathing, dressing and companionship!!
