About Tamara

Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest motivation. For three years, I've provided compassionate care, including respite, live-in support, and hospice services. I assist with daily living, dementia care, medical management, and transportation. My approach is patient, friendly, and empathetic. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Understanding each person's unique history and preferences is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle behavioral changes with care. I have some college experience, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
