I am a mother and grandmother who waited until my 40s to follow my passion. I retired from the U. S. P. S. and became an L. P. N, with extra emphasis and study in wound care and prevention. I've worked for 10+ years with patients that have spinal, brain, and birth acquired injuries. I have worked well with physicians and others in the field and consider myself a fierce advocate for my patients and their families. I have excellent references and am currently employed as the Nurse Coordinator for a local home health registry. I maintain a relationship with my patients and still work bedside with my staff of nurses and HH aides.
