About Tamara

Hello! My name is Tamara, and I am a Certified CNA with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, high- quality care to my clients in private home care settings. I've dedicated my career to helping clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. I assist with all daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, appointments, and mobility support. I am CPR certified and trained in using hoyer, Sara lifts. I also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. I have extensive experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care, I provide calm, respectful support for end-of- life care when needed. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, and over the years, I'be found deep purpose and fulfillment in supporting others. I have hands- on experience providing care in nursing homes, hospitals, home care settings, and within my own family.
