My Philosophy: I believe I have just as much to learn from each individual child as they have to learn from me. Children are not owned! each one is their own person whose care has been entrusted to us until they can take over their own care and decision making. And in light of this knowledge, children deserve as much respect and consideration as one would give an adult. Almost everything can be, and should be, a fun and positive experience! 3 of the most important things I strive to instill in every child: Self esteem,. Respect and Empathy for others, and a good attitude about life. LOVE with arms wide open! And never ignore a child's feelings and opinions, even if it's inconvenient. These are just a few important ideas I keep in mind when I'm nannying for any child. But again I'm always learning, just like the kids are. Rate is negotiable.

my children adore Tamara, has become part of the family. Tamara is never late, never was late. Tamara had our youngest a head on every milestone. Tamara never called in sick, shr even worked when all 3 kids were sick. we would still be using Tamara but we had to move to madison, asked her to come with but she said he husband and son would frown. we still keep in touch via social media and occasional phone calls.
