Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With over six years of experience in senior care, I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to my work. I am certified in stretch and flexibility, life coach and facia release which complement my skills in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, preparing meals, managing medications, and assisting with mobility. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me, and I always follow your preferred method of communication. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. Supporting well-being and independence is my goal, and I'm eager to use my experience to provide the best possible care for your family. I do work part-time at a chiropractic office by appointment only about 10 hours per week.
