About Talyiah

I've had a passion for working with kids for as long as I can remember! Kids tend to keep me grounded , and remind me about the simple joys in life, like the beauty of a flower or the excitement of a new discovery. I find it works wonders when I stoop down to a kids level and just listen. I started working with kids when I was about 14 years old ! I still do even today . My mother ran a home daycare , and I help support the upkeep and safety of the daycare. Here a just a few of those tasks listed : Communicating effectively with the kids and parents. *Managing multiple tasks simultaneously. *Preparing meals, help with homework . *Organizing indoor and outdoor activities! *Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep. *Resolved behavioral conflicts using de-escalation techniques. In my spare time, I like to read, and write my own e-books! I also enjoy packing up my younger siblings who are 7 and 6 , and we go outdoors. I LOVE being their favorite sister lol.
