About Talley

25 years experience caring for children has solidified my passion for nurturing their development. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and strive to make a positive impact on each child's life while offering reliable support to families. I enjoy all ages from newborn to teens and have four children of my own, including twins. I hold a doctoral degree and have worked in medicine for the past 28 years. In between full time work outside of the home, I sat on the youth foundation board in the cities. I have a graduate degree and Early Childhood Education coursework and I am comfortable caring for up to four children of any age. I'm skilled at communicating with parents via their preferred method. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules, with care, compassion and respect. I'm happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I also have First Aid Training, CPR Training and Advanced Life Support.
