About Talitha

Hey, I'm Tali! I'm a Vancouver-based single woman in my 30's, with eight years of experience in childcare. I just moved here from Saint Louis, but I've lived in the area before, so I'm not exactly new. My ideal position would be full-time or nearly full-time, but not live-in. I can provide a lot of different kinds of support, from transportation to light housekeeping to overnights to just being an available adult while the kids do their own thing! The core of my approach to childcare is that kids are fully-formed people and should be treated with the same empathy and respect as an adult, while we do our best both to provide the best boundaries and supervision within which they can explore and develop safely, and to model the kind of behavior we hope to see them emulating. The hours in my "availability" section are flexible. Working on renewing First aid and CPR certifications.
