My 10 years of experience in senior care have taught me the importance of patience and empathy. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand the importance of clear communication, so I provide regular updates to families via their preferred method, including written daily reports, text, or phone calls. Building a connection with your loved one starts with understanding their preferences and personal history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. Beyond personal care, I also provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
