About Talia

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I specialize in Art and History, creating an engaging and patient environment where every child feels supported. By observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, discussions, and hands-on activities. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to your personal interests to keep you motivated. I believe clear communication with families is essential to our collaborative success. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a new skill finally clicks. I am happy to travel to your home for sessions and am very comfortable around pets. I look forward to helping you grow.
