Talia came into our lives when my daughter was 6 week old. My husband and I work crazy full time jobs and Talia raised our daughter for up to 10-11 hours a day. She takes pleasure in making sure that the child is well groomed and clean (hair, nails, ears, toenail polish! etc.). The house was always "better" than when we left it, Talia communicated effectively regarding the child's needs, endeavored to have a busy child-focused schedule and (especially) LOVED our daughter. Talia's demeanor is calm and positive. She was able to integrate into the family well and has a relaxed sense of humor. Her years of experience have provided her with intuitive understanding of when to be "safe" and when to let the child expand their boundaries of discovery. When my Daughter started Montessori at 3 years old, Talia needed full time work, so when we she found a full time position and we found a part-time Nanny, our professional relationship ended. That said, Talia remains an active family member to us and a loved and cherished caregiver to our daughter.
