I have worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Baltimore City Public School System where I gained experience in caring for and teaching Autistic and Special needs patients and students. I believe in keeping the parent(s) involved as much as possible with what goes on with the child and their day as well as informing the parent of the developmental progress of their child with what I teach throughout my care giving process. I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified. I am a member of the International Nanny Association (INA). I current work for a Preschool with ages 2-5 years old that allows me to earn childcare education credits.

Takita worked as a nanny for our family for two years. She watched our son two mornings a week. Our son has developmental delays and sensory processing issues. Takita was always interested in helping him and doing what was best for him. Takita clearly has years of experience with children of all ages. She became a member of our family and we were so fortunate to have found her. We will miss her and recommend her to any family looking for a nanny.
