About Takita

I've provided child care for 20 years. This includes meal prep, bathing, homework assistance, aftercare, assigning my own extra-curricular assignments to assist in maintaining the current curriculum studied in the child's classroom, infant care, scheduled outings, transportation to and from home, overnight care, and teaching additional life skills. I have worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Baltimore City Public School System where I gained my experience in caring for and teaching Autistic and Special needs patients and students. I am dependable and punctual. I believe in keeping the parent involved as much as possible with what goes on with the child and their day as well as informing the parent of the developmental progress of their child with what I teach throughout my care giving process. I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified and I am a member and Board Director of the International Nanny Association (INA).
