My name is Takia. I am passionate about my work and I love working with the elderly . I currently work PRN at upper Chesapeake hospital. I been a certified Nursing Assistant for 7 years now, In my few years of working I have worked with all different age groups help with bathing, dressing, feeding, lifting and transferring. Skillfully developed departmental goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures. Took and recorded patients' temperature, pulse and blood pressure. Administered job knowledge assessments and competency testing for certification-level training. Assisted in cleansing enemas, catheterization and bladder irrigations. Documents objective data and routine aspects of patient care.
