With nine years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to providing compassionate care. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred communication method. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
