About Taigen

With a background in coaching and a warm, nurturing approach, I prioritize creating a safe, stimulating, and structured environment that supports each child's growth and development. I am well-versed in managing busy household schedules, coordinating enriching activities, and fostering a harmonious home atmosphere. I take pride in building lasting, trusting relationships with families while offering the highest standard of childcare. I started working with children through babysitting, doing part-time visits once or twice a week over several years. Many of the families I worked with came through personal connections I built while coaching gymnastics and rock climbing. That experience led me to a full-time coaching position, where I ran classes and events like summer camps and "mommy and me" sessions for newborns. I also spent time working in my church's daycare, which gave me hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
