About Taia

Hi! My name is Taia. I grew up in Pelican Rapids and am the oldest of 3 and have always been a natural care giver. I have several years of experience caring for children of all ages, including infants, newborns, and children with special needs. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I have developed patience, compassion, and a strong commitment to supporting children and families in need! I recently graduated from MSUM with a degree in Exercise Science and am preparing to start grad school in Fargo for OT. Through my schooling and work at Essentia Heath, I am CPR, BLS, and First Aid certified. In addition to childcare, I am very organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. I am happy to assist with light housework, meal prep, laundry, transportation, grocery shopping, and other household errands! In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends!
