About Tahlia

Hello and welcome! My name is Tahlia. I have been working with children for the last 9 years, since I was 19 years old. I was a consistent and reliable nanny for 5 years, and then branched into the behavioral sciences as a behavior technician. I have maintained babysitter status throughout my graduate studies, and have additionally been working as a social worker. I have experience with children of all ages, and will be a limited licensed psychologist in December of 2025. In my internship and in my research, I have primarily focused on working with children. I am seeking a position from the end of August until December. I have a reliable vehicle, and I am able to do any tasks required. I am passionate about cooking, teaching children life skills and emotional regulation techniques. I identify as queer and am seeking a position with a family that is okay with my identity. I have a plethora of activities and books for children that are therapeutic and evidence based.
